THE STEPS OF QUALITY
Our products, before being delivered to customers, are passed thorough quality controls, by our staff with appropriate skills on.
First control: Product construction
Since we are manufacturers and not traders, we have quality control since from row product. All items, especially all items on design, are assembled and tested both in terms of value of the essences, both in terms of functionality of doors, drawers…. Once passed this control stage we pass to next one.
Second control: Finishing
inish is the most important step, a high level of finish makes the product of high class and therefore a MAV product.
Here the product is completely re-checked, piece by piece.
Third control: return from finish department to packaging department
Changing department, all components of the order are physically transported in a different room, thus controlling them one by one. It is here that, if we find finish problems we send again the piece to the finish department.
Fourth control: packaging
During the packing our operators clean with appropriate clothes all components of the order.
It is here that the last check is done on components, and everything is prepared for packaging.
Packaging is done using corner-protectors, bands of polystyrene, double turn of bubble wrap and everything is put in a cartoon box.
